Sore to the CORE

I've started stretching every night. It's a really good thing for you to do everyday and can prevent future injuries. I haven't been running this past week, so I have been doing a modified version of throw downs we used to do in high school. They are meant to target your abs, also called your core.

Throw Downs This is done with a partner. Lay on your back, with your legs vertical. Your partner stands with his or her feet on either side of your head. You grip your partners ankles. Your partner throws your legs down to the ground, and then you raise your legs back to the vertical. Your partner may choose to throw your legs straight down, or to an angle, at his or her whim. This is repeated 20 times

I've just been gripping the bottom of my bed post and raising my legs up and down. HOLY CRAP am I sore. OMG I haven't been this sore in a LONG time. I suggest doing this if you need a mini work out. It will work.
