Signs of Spring

Yesterday I was walking past the back door and to my surprise I saw a family of quails. There was a Mama, a Papa and four baby chicks. Did you know a baby Quail can be called a chick or a cheeper?

No Quails in Cincinnati... I love these little birds with their funny little top feather thingy. Too cute. Here is Mama with one of her babies...
