I went into things last week with the best of intentions. However, I have been suffering a migraine on and off (mostly on) for the past 5 days and sinus issues. I think it has to do with the weather change. Can you believe it has been colder in Tucson, Arizona than it is in Cincinnati, Ohio? We are going to heat back up this week though.
Now I know a migraine is no excuse, but it's hard to get the blood flowing and exercising when it hurts just to stand up! I rode my bike 3 miles one day, and to the house I have been dog sitting at twice. Not close to the amount of exercise I wanted to do.
My mom is out of town this weekend, which means no home-cooked meals!! Ah. So my goals are going to be less ambitious.
This Weeks Goals
*No Fast Food - (Subway being the only exception)
*At least one big glass of water a day (I think I'm going to have to work my way up to more)
*No Caffeinated beverages (this is reallly gonna give me a headache :-/ )
