Geocaching Highlights

Here are some highlights from geocaching today. Because it is a video today I'm going to say this... If you know where I geocache, and you are in the same area - you might not want to watch. But that is not to say that I was geocaching in the same area that I normally do. Muhahaha.

This is a not necessarily in order video either. I picked up one travel coin today, and left a bunch of swag at each place I could. I also left a CD of a PodCacher Episode in my last cache of the day. On one of their more recent Episodes they said that some people leave CDs of their episodes to get the word out... so I thought I'd help. I'm new to the program, but I really think others might enjoy it! I also think it would be neat to have if you had a long day of caching planned, or wanted something to pop in the CD player during a long trip.... let's just hope it survives the heat ;-)

Sorry about the crappy quality - maybe a video camera will be my next investment!

  2. I SO loved your video! It was really good. Better than the videos I've done. Seriously!

Now I'm listening to the "Geocaching with an Armed Guard" podcache.

    I've never heard one before.

And you know those caches were REALLY COOL! Never seen anything like that yet.

  3. I love doing videos when out caching. I just need to find out why I can't seem to get them off my camera when they are too long!

  4. Wow - I love your video. I would never have found that first cache but now you've educated me in that type of hide :-) Thank you! lol I need to get out there and start finding some again. It's been three months since my last excursion.

  5. I was trying to explain this whole Geocaching thing to hubby not too long ago. He had a look on his face that resembles the one I get on my face when he starts explaining the workings of engines..

  6. Great video! That first cache was wild. I don't think I would have found that one. I haven't run into that creative of hides yet. Or if I have they are not did not find list.

  9. Some of those hiding spots look like a good place for a rattle snake to hide. "Here snakey, snakay, snakey. Come bite my hand!"
