I've Upgraded

From this:

To this:
Contents:*Wet Ones
*Tissues
*Small first aid kit
*Flashlight (I don't always take this)
*Pen
*Pocketknife
*Extra Ziplocks
*Swag bag
*bladder for water

Items not pictured:
*GPS
*Small camera
*Cellphone
*Extra batteries

It was time for an update. The old bag had no pockets for anything so everything was always a jumbled mess. I could never find my pen and always had to hand my water bottle off to someone or put it on the ground. Holding the water bottle also made steep climbs a lot harder. I've already had to drop my pants once this year so my mom could pick cactus needles out of a$$!

  2. Looks like a wonderful upgrade. I think I would add a compass, sun screen, and just a bottle of water in case.

We like to wear hats to protect our faces as well.

  3. When I'm traveling or riding my bike I like to use the multi-pocket backpack too. I have a couple of the drawstring kind I got as freebies at an event. I keep them in my car for my dog's stuff when I go to the dog park or library. It was pretty handy for carrying stuff around the house when I was on crutches too.
