Bad Hair Day

If you follow me on twitter, you probably know that I got my hair done... and I did NOT like it.

I took these with my computer camera last night. Please ignore the bad color and quality.

I swear. It was even worse than it looks in those pictures. I reviewed the salon on Google after learning I would not get a refund. If you know of any other places you can review businesses please let me know. I wold LOVE to spread the word. The salon is fairly new - and not on Yahoo. Here is what I wrote:

I got my hair done here on whim. I will NOT be back! I asked for 3 colors, blonde, caramel and brown. I came back with blonde and almost red. The highlights were terrible. They looked like they had been grown out a month! The cut was just okay, but the color is what bothers me the most. I was there for FOUR hours for a partial and cut. I have NEVER sat for four hours - not even for a full!

I made an appointment the next day at a different place to get my hair fixed. They were shocked how horrible of a job Belle Chic Salon did. They fixed what they could - and I must say... it looks MUCH better.

Belle Chic will not refund you for their horrible hair jobs, not even part of it ( I was only asking for a refund on the color). They will want to fix it themselves. Well guess what? I'm not going to let you touch my head again! And besides, I don't have FOUR more hours to waste!
My recommendation - STAY CLEAR of Belle Chic!

OH. and I just saw there was a 20% new customer discount - which they did NOT give me.

Anyway. All is well now in the hair department. Here is today's 365 shot.

My mom has this really weird shrimp necklace. She doesn't wear it around or anything (thankgod), but I should probably get the story behind it someday...

  4. Wow, I can't believe they wouldn't give you a partial refund. The good places 'I' know of....if they mess something up and you aren't happy, they'll not only fix it, but will give a partial refund, too. That's ridiculous when they've obviously messed up quite a bit. Glad to hear you got another place to fix it instead, though.
