I went into the freezer to grab a Popsicle this evening and noticed something was off.
I looked again - and realized what it was.
Oops. Someone forgot about the pop chilling in the freezer! (It wasn't me). I cleaned up the pop cans and tried to clean up some of the mess in the freezer. I shortly gave up after I started to make more of a mess.
Anyway, I snapped a lot of pictures because.... well, I thought it was kind of pretty!!

I tried to drink some... But for some reason, it wasn't working.
So I just took another picture instead.

At first I thought, "WOW, what a messy freezer!"
ReplyDelete2nd thought, "OH! CRAP! That freezer is MINE!"
3rd thought, "Damn, I'd better go clean the rest of it up."
4th thought, "Thanks for getting a start on it!"
That happens to the Diet Pepsi in my fridge if it's kind of empty and I have pop on the top shelf. I think it's worse with Diet Pop - the sugar in regular pop probably acts like an anti-freeze and keeps it from freezing as quickly.
ReplyDeleteI've also noticed that pop cans from the US explode much more easily than pop cans from Canada.
I don't put pop in the freezer...because I don't want to clean the mess :) Haha. This is too funny.
ReplyDeleteew! that's nasty!!
ReplyDeletecleaning up spilt pop/juice is worse than spilt milk!! YUCK!
glad you found it before it wrecked some of your food :/
Dang. I would have just grabbed a spoon. Root beer slushies! Well, I would have used a spoon on the part that was still (mostly) in the can.
ReplyDeletei put pop in the freezer and forget it A LOT! i am soooooo lucky this never happened.
