100% Cotton

I started a new babysitting job today. It is in the same town, but it's a 20 minute drive. I took the back roads to avoid morning traffic. That, and I'm just a back road kind of girl. I love taking in the scenery, it never gets old to me. The roads might be the same, but the scenery always changes. Sometimes those changes are brought on by weather, sometimes construction, and sometimes even the change of seasons.

Today it was the fields.

They are usually green, and sometimes brown - but today, I saw white. It was something I must have missed last year in Tucson... Cotton!

Cotton Field

Cotton as far as the eye can see.

Cotton as Far as the Eye Can See!

I had to hop the little irrigation canals around the field to get a closer look.

Cotton Bokeh

I took a billion pictures,

White Cotton

and got some views you just can't get from the road.
