1. What is one thing you have never been able to draw?
ReplyDeleteHuman portrait.
2. What is one thing you have always been able to draw?
Aquatic organisms... fish, shrimp, oyster, seaweed... etc.
3. If you win will you...
B) Give it as a gift to someone else.
I've never, ever been able to draw any kind of animal.
ReplyDeleteI have always been able to draw... really cute stick figures?
If I win I will give it to my brother, who is the best artist I know.
I've never been able to draw hands in any non-cartoonish way.
ReplyDeleteI used to be able to draw perfect circles, but I don't think I can any more but I can still draw lovely paisley-esque conectin squiggles to decorate pages, gift cds, etc..
I'll probably keep the book for my own evil purposes.
1. What is one thing you have never been able to draw?
ReplyDeleteHands are hard to draw...
2. What is one thing you have always been able to draw?
trees. I love drawing trees
3. If you win will you...
A) Keep the book for your own enjoyment. (But what I would actually want to do with it is start a journal and send it off through the world as part of the "1001 journal" project!! (http://www.1000journals.com/index.php?view=Journals%2FIndex)
1. Something Scary, even zombies turn out charming.
ReplyDelete2. Hearts, Flowers and Happy Faces (which might explain no.1)
3. I'll know when I hold it in my hands (fingers crossed).
Take care!
I've never been the greatest artist. ... My father? Amazing drawing powers.
ReplyDelete1. Never been able to draw anything to realistic -- people, vehicles etc. Always wanted to, too.
2. Fred. Who is that you might ask? When I was in Elementary School/Junior High, I dreamed of being a comic strip artist and I came up with Fred, a dumpy guy with no legs and you couldn't see his eyes (usually) because of his oversized hat. To this day, I still doodle Fred. :)
3. Not sure what I'd do with it ... but I might start doodling Fred a lot more. ;)
1. What is one thing you have never been able to draw?
ReplyDeleteI can't even draw a stick figure.
2. What is one thing you have always been able to draw?
I can draw a house w/ a big sun in the right hand corner of the picture & sometimes a tree. It looks like a picture a 1st grader would draw.
3. If you win will you... A) Keep the book for your own enjoyment. B) Give it as a gift to someone else. or C) I'm not sure what I will do with it!
I would keep it! I love books!
Hmmmm ....
ReplyDelete1) I can't really draw anything really well, but the thing that most distressed me when I was a pony-mad child and teen, was that I can't draw horses.
2)I can draw pretty good doodles - mostly flowers and random wavey type patterns, and koru - which are a traditional Maori motif.
3) To be honest, I'll likely keep it. :O !
1. Anything life-like: Faces, animals, the human body, in general. I can doodle it, but the greatness will never come. BOO.
ReplyDelete2. Flowers, bubble text, cute, small designs for random crap.
3. I would keep it for myself and more than likely have the urge to doodle every single day, pretty much. :D
I've never been able to draw any realistic living things, particularly people.
ReplyDeleteI've always been pretty fair at perspective drawings of buildings and streets(since junior high art class, anyway), but haven't done one in a long time.
It would be neat to have, but I don't think I could do it justice. I would almost certainly give it as a gift.
1. I've never been about to draw faces from memory.
ReplyDelete2. I've always been about to draw horses! That's where I started drawing when I was young.
3. I'd Keep it! And put it out so people could see it...I'd love this book!
1. I have never really been able to draw any animal. They all end up looking like cows or pigs! hah And I can't draw anything that is cartoonish, outside of Precious Moments figures.
ReplyDelete2. I have always been able to draw realistic hands and bodies, I'm not great at faces, but I can make it look almost similar. and doodling..
3. If you win...
I would probably give it to my sister, she is my best buddy and my inspiration to doodle! haha
Oh goody! A contest!
ReplyDelete1. What is one thing you have never been able to draw?
*My self portrait... and it's not that I haven't tried to draw it but I always seem to give myself beady eyes... hmmm... I hope that's not because I really do have beady eyes?!
2. What is one thing you have always been able to draw?
* A mushroom... really cool looking ones too!
3. If you win will you... A) Keep the book for your own enjoyment. B) Give it as a gift to someone else. or C) I'm not sure what I will do with it!
*At this moment I will say 'C'
Loved your doodles too! Ü
1. Erika! I think that one thing I have never been able to draw is to draw the same two eyes, for me it is very hard!
ReplyDelete2. Anything (except the same eyes), well, for example - a funny person or any animal.
3. I will choose the first option - A)" Keep the book for your own enjoyment", but you know, would be more interesting if this book everyone who read and see it will send from hand to hand to anyone else - and so the book will be travelling around the world and enjoy the people.
Good luck for All, who will participate!!!
. What is one thing you have never been able to draw?
ReplyDeleteI can't really draw much, I'm what I call artistically challenged :)
2. What is one thing you have always been able to draw?
My name! Does that count? I try to copy things and sometimes they look vaguely similar.
3. If you win will you... A) Keep the book for your own enjoyment. B) Give it as a gift to someone else. or C) I'm not sure what I will do with it!
I don't think I'll win, so I haven't really thought that far ahead. I think I would send it to a friend of mine who is need of something special and unique just like she is. But I might just let my students take a quick look at it before I send it to her :)
Kat :)
I cannot draw a person to save my life. I can, however, draw a mean cone (with shading!). Lots of elementary drawing.
ReplyDeleteSorry to my friends, but I would totally keep this for myself. Too cool to let go.
1) What is the one thing I've never been able to draw?
ReplyDeleteA straight line
2) What is the one thing I've always been able to draw?
A smile from my older sister.
3) If I win I will
A) keep the book for my own enjoyment
I never been able to draw noses I do well with the face and then the nose throws the whole thing off
ReplyDeletethe one thing I love to draw is trees there so random and free flowing there very hard to screw up
If I win I would probably keep the book myself but my son would probably do a doodle or two in it
1. What is one thing you have never been able to draw? Something recognizable.
ReplyDelete2. What is one thing you have always been able to draw? I draw a pretty good scribble
3. If you win will you...ask the prize giver to draw a picture on page one for me, then use the book to collect pictures from geocaching friends.
