Tiffany's Pasta Salad

I made pasta salad for the first time yesterday. I couldn't have done it with out my friend Tiffany though, she told me what I needed (Which explains the name of this recipe)!


Since I like things exact, I decided to measure it as I made it. This way I can recreate it...


One box of Tri-Color Rotini
Italian Salad Dressing
Green Olives / juice
McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
Vegetables (I used Cucumber, Orange and Yellow Carrots - but it depends what you like!)
Shredded Parmesan Cheese


*Set water to boil. Be sure to use the recommended amount according to your box of pasta.
*Wash and slice vegetables while the pasta water is heating up. How much and what size is up to you. I could honestly eat pasta salad with out all the veggies ;-)
*Slice green olives. Again, how much depends on how much you want.
*When the water is boiling add your pasta and cook according to box directions.
*While the pasta cooks, prepare the dressing. Mix 1 Cup of Italian Salad Dressing, with 1/4 Cup of Olive Juice, and 2 tablespoons of the Salad seasoning.


*Strain the Pasta and run it under cold water until all pasta is cooled off.
*Combine the cooled pasta, veggies, olives, dressing and Parmesan cheese to taste into a large mixing bowl.
*Do I have to say it? ....Mix!
*Cover pasta and pop it in the fridge a few hours before eating.
