Saw this on yahoo news today, and wondered whether there could possibly be anything more tacky.
whooaaa - must have looked pretty spectacular as it went up. Guess the man upstairs wasn't overly impressed with it, huh? :)

That was such a weird statue.
I've passed it a few time on trips. Bizarre looking. I heard they're going to rebuild, but this time, with non-flammable material.
Touch Down Jesus, the enormous Jesus statue of Ohio's I-75 has been struck by lighting. A blazing inferno followed.
