It should be interesting... considering I am really really out of shape... but it's worth a try! I'm starting today and plan to update my progress here weekly as well as on my DailyMile page.
I'm honestly interested to see if I can even do the first workout.
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.I'm planning on doing a 5k November 14th... Wish me luck!
