You did get muggled. I've only hunted caches in the west US once. Got to cache from Amarillo, TX to San Jone, New Mexico. The landscape is so different from what I'm used to and the caches were great. My favorite was Tarantula Alley GCH4VZ and Cadillac Ranch (GCG71X).
