I plan on going to the The Mini-Time Machine Museum of Miniatures, simply because it sounds about ridiculous and I know on any other day I probably wouldn't pay to go!
What's funny is that a lot of these museums are free anyway. But parking is astronomical! Not all of the museums listed, but many, especially the ones in DC (National Zoological Park being one of about half a dozen that I know of for sure). Still, there's one near here that we'll probably go to, and I wouldn't have known about this free day if it weren't for YOU! Thanks! I guess what I'm saying is to double check the admission with the museum before you go to make sure that it isn't free anyway so you don't waste your ticket!

there's a Roman museum near where we live which is supposed to be great, I'd love to go, but it's about £30 for a family ticket which is just too much
