Quick Update


Just wanted to say - yes I stopped C25K.... but I do hope to get back to it soon. Probably will start at week 1 again when I do.

Also.... "Operation Pop Elimination" begins tomorrow! I very recently went about 5 days off no soda pop - and I honestly can't remember why I started drinking it again. Ughh!

  1. Good luck I start and stop Pop elimination all the time. I usually start because I'm tired and need a kick of something. All day I have been thinking about Cherry Coke...I hope I make it! Have a wonderful weekend!

  3. Do you have a replacement drink that'll help you stay away from soda? While water is your best bet, if you're used to drinking soda all day long, it can be a bland choice. Find some flavor splashes you could add and you might be able to stick with it longer.
