Happy *Early* Birthday Stephanie!

Happy Early Birthday to my dear friend Stephanie! I finished her gifts a while ago and have been waiting to share them here on the blog. I made her some dishcloths using some Lily Sugar'n Cream cotton yarn (02235 Country Side).

I picked two of the more simple patterns, because I still don't fully understand how to read some of the harder ones... I'm workin' on it.

I also made her a necklace. I used a silver sterling chain and this tutorial for the loops. Basically, I single crocheted around plastic rings with embroidery floss, attached them and added the chain with a couple of jump rings.

 

I liked the necklace so much, I ended up making one for my mom and one for myself!
