It was on the way to the Grand Canyon a little north of where 180 and 64 meet. ;-)
No wonder I missed it. When I went to the Grand Canyon I stopped in Williams and took the train. I wonder what other cool things I may have missed.
64 was my favorite to drive. through a national forest ;-) pretty stuff. And TREES that I so desperately miss.I'm sure the train was cool too though!
The train was cool. It's an old steam train that takes you through the mountains and stops right at the canyon. I think most of the people that take the train just go up for the day. We bought a package that let us stay the night. Although looking at the site it appears that they have upgraded the train. The car we were in did NOT have A/C and was extremely old.
